Shipping
Currently, we only offer White Glove Shipping to Southern Delaware, Northern Maryland, Nashville, and Richmond.
With Unlimited Furniture Delivery, you enjoy one flat-rate $150 delivery fee for all eligible styles. Orders containing more than one Unlimited Furniture Delivery item will be consolidated and delivered together. If working with a builder partner, your order will be held until your Settlement date and scheduled to be delivered after closing. If you are currently in your home or not part of our builder program, our production team will reach out when items are received in our warehouse. Custom
White Glove Delivery: All items are delivered by White Glove Delivery. This includes delivery to your room of choice, as well as unpacking, assembly (excluding lighting, chandeliers, mirrors, bath vanities, and hanging furniture), and debris removal. Once your items are in our warehouse, you will receive an email that outlines how to schedule a delivery.
Our delivery team does not install lighting, hang wallpaper, fix service items, or perform any duties outside of assembling and placing furniture. For support, contact our office at 302.226.4600 or email support@decordirectinteriors.com.
Returns Policy
Custom Items
Custom items are not returnable or refundable. You may receive a store credit if the item is in new and saleable condition.
Stock Items
Items in new and saleable condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be shipped back in original packaging via our delivery service and cannot be returned to the studio. A restocking fee of 35% plus the cost of shipping is required for return.
