Work directly with a designer by scheduling an appointment here or shop through your builder by logging in and viewing discounted Collections and products specific to your floorplan.
How It Works
We specialize in working with homeowners during their homebuild to complete their interior décor needs. Our online design experience was created to address the unique challenges homeowners face during their build.

The at-home application can be completed before check out! During your homebuild, we encourage you to check with your lender before applying for any credit application, including this program. Deposit Payment Structure Our focus is to curate the design of your home to perfectly suit to your needs and style. For this reason, we purposefully provide a more flexible deposit payment structure if you work with one of our designers. 50% is due to place your order, 50% is due right before delivery. Schedule a time to talk with a designer!

Shop Model Homes
We have designed model homes across the country from Rehoboth to Nashville. Find and shop your favorite rooms to create a model home of your own! Whether you're working with a builder or furnishing an existing home, collections are a perfect way to easily complete a room.
Curated Collections
For homeowners partnering with a builder, we've preloaded your floorplan. Just log into your account and find Collections specific to your model. Collections are inspired by model homes from across the country. We will store your order until Settlement and install with White Glove Delivery. No mess! No fuss!
Interior Decorating Services
For homeowners looking to work one-on-one with a designer, we have a full design and production staff ready to help with creating a concept, drafting a space plan, selecting custom furniture, and styling.
Builder Partnerships
We partner with builders to become part of their build process. The relationship starts with the model home and continues through offering design services to homeowners. If you are interested in becoming a builder parter, get in touch!
Staging
An expertly staged home for sale creates an emotional connection with a buyer - they can imagine themselves building a life there. This encourages quick offers and higher sales prices.
For Builders
As one of our builder partners, our design team supports the efforts of model homes that are proven to convert sales. In addition, we provide tools for homeowners during the home build process that add value to the build experience and help them move in immediately after settlement.

1. Purchase Qualifying Products

2. Save Your Invoice
Save your original purchase invoice and/or proof of payment for the amount paid for the qualifying Hunter Douglas products. (Measuring and installation charges are not eligible for this tax credit.) Nelly Arnold
Nelly Arnold is a dynamic leader with a diverse background spanning interior design, retail product development, and digital product management. She has consistently merged creativity with strategic thinking throughout her career. As the current President of Décor Direct Interiors, she oversees the creative direction, operations, and collaborations for the residential interior design firm. She is entrepreneurial in spirit and experience, founding the award-winning design firm, Personal Space, in 2014 which operated in the Philadelphia and Washington, DC areas.
Her past experience includes playing a crucial role at Urban Outfitters in product development and global sourcing, successfully launching new products for the Home Division. Nelly's digital product expertise was evident during her tenure as an Interactive Manager at the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau, where she spearheaded the transformation into digital marketing.
Susan Herring
Susan Herring, an accomplished interior designer with three decades of experience, is celebrated for her detail-oriented approach. From residential gems to high-profile model homes, Susan's versatile style seamlessly blends classic elegance with contemporary sophistication. Her success stems from a dedicated understanding of clients' visions, earning trust and admiration. Beyond her design prowess, Susan actively mentors emerging designers and engages in the design community.
Jaime Senard
Jaime Senard has been shaping spaces as an interior decorator for two decades. Her distinctive style blends eclectic elements with free-spirited elegance, creating unique and soulful environments. Known for her keen eye for color and texture, Jaime has crafted a diverse portfolio spanning residential and commercial projects. Beyond aesthetics, she prioritizes functionality, aiming to enhance the daily lives of those inhabiting her designed spaces. Jaime resides in Lewes with her husband and two children.
Cathie Sheetz
Cathie has over 20 years of experience in design and styling. Her specific expertise lies in window dressings and treatments; a family business. She brings a fresh clean aesthetic to her projects and is a trustworthy source of knowledge for clients.
Joanna Petrosky
Joanna plays a critical role in the operations of Décor Direct. She spearheads bridging the design and administrative departments while overseeing customer service, special projects, and trade partnerships.
